Designed for young professionals, the ystark! YoungPro Conference is an event focused on personal and professional development. It aims to empower YPs with the tools to enact meaningful change within themselves, their companies and the Akron-Canton region.

The conference will provide actionable takeaways young professionals can implement to "Level Up". Sessions will include topics such as improving customer experience (hint: we ALL provide a “customer” experience, regardless of industry), the power of networking, leveling up leadership and engagement, and the annual favorite - CEO Meet & Eat Roundtable discussions.
