Designed for young professionals, the ystark! YoungPro Conference is an event focused on personal and professional development. It aims to empower YPs with the tools to enact meaningful change within themselves, their companies and the Akron-Canton region.

The conference will provide actionable takeaways young professionals can implement to "Level Up".
