The Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Stark-Tuscarawas Workforce Development Board invite you to kick off our 2027 HR event series with a networking lunch and collaborative roundtable focused on one of today's most pressing workforce challenges: employee retention.

As employers continue to navigate an evolving workforce landscape, retaining talented employees is more important than ever. This event will feature three local business leaders sharing their organizations' approaches to employee retention, including strategies, lessons learned and best practices that can help strengthen your workforce.
