Description

FOUNDATIONS OF LEADERSHIP is a 6-week soft-skills development program for young professionals ages 18–30 focused on building confidence, communication ability, and professional presence.


Below are the OUTCOMES expected:

1. Participants build confidence and strengthen essential soft skills in public speaking and presenting, email writing, active listening, networking, professional presence, and workplace and dining etiquette.

2. It is a cohort-based experience, and they gain clear guidance, practical dos and don’ts of the workplace, peer collaboration, and hands-on learning & practice to build a strong foundation for future success.

Week 1 – Professional Presence & Workplace Communication – May 4
Week 2 – Presentation Skills & Public Speaking (Part 1) – May 11
Week 3 – Networking: In-Person & Online – May 18
Week 4 – Presentation Skills & Public Speaking (Part 2) – June 1
Week 5 – Professional Etiquette & Workplace Events – June 8
Week 6 – Leadership Showcase & Graduation – June 15
