Foundations of Leadership
Foundations of Leadership
5/4/2026 - 6/15/2026
Description

Through hands-on learning, guided practice, and peer feedback, participants gain practical tools to lead meetings, present ideas, work effectively on teams, represent their organizations professionally, and build strong workplace relationships. Many of these skills may seem basic, but they are rarely formally taught. Without guidance or mentorship, professionals are often expected to figure them out on their own.
The program focuses on core competencies that accelerate early-career growth, including communication, networking, and professional etiquette. By strengthening these foundational skills, the program supports regional workforce development and stronger teams across Stark County and beyond.
