Both former NFL players, they intentionally chose to return to and invest in Canton- the community where they grew up. They will discuss how the lessons learned on the football field can translate into business, leadership, and life.

Shawn, a University of Michigan football standout, played for the Patriots and Jets. After earning his Master’s in Organizational Leadership, he took on nonprofit leadership roles focused on strategic development and community impact in his hometown.

Kenny, an All-American at Ohio State, played for the Packers and Broncos. As an entrepreneur, he has owned businesses in beauty, a bakery, and medical care.

Their key message will focus on determination in the face of adversity, the importance of lifelong learning, giving back to others, and leading with compassion.
