In our conversation with Walter W. Bettinger II, former President & CEO and now Co-Chairman of Charles Schwab, we will explore how lessons learned over a lifetime in leadership can guide businesses and communities toward a stronger future.

Walt Bettinger, 64, has served as Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Charles Schwab Corporation since 2022. In addition, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the firm from late 2008 through 2024.

Under his leadership, Schwab became the largest publicly traded investment services firm in the United States (as measured by client assets) and one of the world’s largest financial services firms. [READ MORE]

Longtime public servant Janet Creighton will receive the Dennis P. Saunier Award for Regional Leadership. The award, established in 2023, was created to honor Dennis Saunier, former President & CEO of the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Morse will receive MAGNET's Stark County Manufacturer of the Year award. This recognition highlights Morse's outstanding contributions to the manufacturing sector in Northeast Ohio and its commitment to innovation, quality manufacturing and excellence.
