TWI provides a trained qualified work force to complete a variety of jobs needed by area business and industry.

TWi is a regional nonprofit disability services provider with over fifty years of experience providing employment services for local adults with developmental disabilities. We are also a reliable provider of contracted business services that are uniquely qualified to help businesses compete – especially in today’s economic environment. We match individuals we serve to open positions throughout our community – providing support to both individuals and businesses every step of the way. Our most popular business services include: • Janitorial: We clean buildings as frequently as requested, paying close attention to the details that matter most. • Food Service: From packaging, to ensuring quality, and meeting quotas our crews help businesses seamlessly ramp up production. • Production and Assembly: From collating documents to assembling parts to packing products that fulfill customer orders and meet production quotas, our participants hit their targets. Our teams work on a contract or by-project basis. Our teams are flexible and able to provide assistance with a variety of tasks in addition to those listed above.
