In addition, he has provided chiropractic care and served as the Team Physician to the Ashland University Elite Track and Field teams, the Cleveland Browns professional football team, served as the Ring Doctor for MMA tournaments and is a past Vice President of the North Central Academy of Chiropractic.

Dr. Novelli is the founder of The Patriot Project, it is an all volunteer, non-profit organization which provides chiropractic care to Active Duty Military, their families, Service Connected Veterans and ALL Gold Star Dependents free of charge. The Patriot Project has over 9,200 chiropractors participating in all 50 states with the goal of providing $100,000,000.00 in free chiropractic care to our most deserving Americans. The board members include some of the most prestigious military individuals ever assembled, consisting of Medal of Honor recipients and High Ranking retired military.
