1211 Group LLC is a private financing and investment company.  Typically, we operate like a hard money lender, but not a traditional one.  We are interested in developing a relationship with each person we work with and do not charge exorbitant interest rates or fees.  We also look for unique investment opportunities that have or have the potential for a good return on investment.
