LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: GALLUP STRENGTHS ASSESSMENT & TRAINING

Discover your top strengths, and learn how to apply them in leadership and the workplace.

This session will help interns better understand how they naturally think, communicate, and contribute. Through the Gallup Strengths Assessment and guided discussion, participants will gain practical insight into what they do best and how those strengths can support their growth in a professional setting.

Attendees will leave with a stronger sense of self-awareness, a better understanding of how to work effectively with others, and useful tools they can apply right away in internships, team settings, and future leadership opportunities.
