Join us in 2026 for the Leadership Stark County Annual Conference!

Theme: Cultivating Team Culture

This professional development conference features two keynote speakers, a panel discussion, and two breakout sessions, along with breakfast, lunch, and energizing activities throughout the day.

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Open to all — Leadership Stark County alumni and non-alumni alike — but tickets are limited.


Opening Keynote Speaker: Sue Ramsey (Past Head Women's Basketball Coach, Ashland University)


Scenario Based Panel: Experts will respond to real workplace situations and share how they would navigate them to strengthen team culture.

Panelists: Melissa Coultas (CEO, Child and Adolescent), Margaret DeLillo-Storey (Licensed Clinical Counselor/Supervisor, Perry Local School System), Jason Mogus (COO, AVO Behavioral Health & Recovery), Carleen Spitzer (Associate Clinical Professor, The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center)
