Sudden cardiac arrest can happen anywhere — at work, at home, or in the community. Knowing how to respond in those first critical moments can save a life.
At the March 5th Safety Council Luncheon, participants will receive hands-only CPR training focused on recognizing cardiac arrest, calling for help, and performing effective chest compressions. This simplified CPR method requires no mouth-to-mouth breathing and can be performed by anyone, making it easy to remember and act quickly in an emergency.
Attendees will walk away with practical, confidence-building knowledge they can use immediately to help protect coworkers, family members, and the public. Lunch and networking with fellow safety professionals are included.
All are welcome — you do not need to be a Safety Council member to attend.
