The Step Into Stark Luncheon is designed to connect emerging talent with career opportunities, professional development resources, and the people shaping Stark County’s future. This event highlights Stark County as a vibrant place to live, work, and grow—while equipping young professionals and students with the tools and connections needed to build successful careers locally.

Attendees will hear from community and business leaders about why Stark County is an ideal place to launch and advance a career, connect with other young professionals, engage with employers who are actively hiring, and learn about professional development and volunteer opportunities throughout the region.
