Quality of Life Health Care Service LLC is an agency that is dedicated to serving the needs of the developmentally disabled in the community. We service clients in the Stark, Summit and Portage County areas. We strive to provide care services without any form of discrimination so that care programs are equally within easy reach for all eligible consumers. We provide Adult Day Support; Adult Foster Care; Congregate Group; Homemaker Personal Care/Transportation; Non-Medical Transportation; Residential Respite; Supported Employment and Supported Living.
